About the Artist-
Savannah Kara Bustillo was born October 5th, 1995 in Columbia Maryland to Juan Ricardo Bustillo and Victoria Genine Estrada. When she was one she and her parents moved to Albuquerque, NM – where she has remained ever since. She credits Joan Irey at the New Mexico Art League as a major source of inspiration.  She also began learning printmaking with Lynn Pierre and also at CNM. Savannah graduated from Albuquerque Academy. Her prints have received multiple awards from the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, winning “gold keys” at the regional level and a silver medal for a printmaking portfolio at the national level.
